- The Audio Visual (A/V) support technician role will be responsible for implementation and support of video conferencing and conference room audio/visual solutions.
- Looking for experience in Crestron, Polycom.
- Perform conference room health checks to ensure audio visual and video conferencing systems are operating at optimal conditions
- Resolve and track support requests and incidents, escalate issues to proper support teams
- Support A/V upgrades and installations
- Facilitate A/V vendor activities
- Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)
- Track and document A/V inventory
