Title: Business Analyst Mandatory skills:
Supply, Demand,Program Management, Project Management,financial, database reporting,MS Access, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server,supply chain, supply chain management,embedded semiconductor business, Semiconductor industry,process improvements, demand management, ownership, ship plan Description: This role will be responsible for the following: Maintaining and improving business reporting infrastructure, and providing regular business reports. Driving and/or influencing business decisions and process improvements from analysis through change management and implementation. Coordinating meetings and assisting in the creation of various department and Business Unit Operations presentations. Planning including demand management and ownership of business planning verticals. The vertical ownership component of this position may require total oversight and responsibility for specific areas for the entire team, such as inventory management, worldwide ship plans, and supply chain management.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:1-3 years of experience planning (Supply or Demand) or 1-2 years with an MBA;Proven independent thinker/action taker, while balancing team player;Program / Project Management experience;Strong analytical and reasoning skills;Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts through written and verbal communication;Knowledge of financial principles;Ability to present to Senior Manager and Director level management;Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;Advanced experience with database reporting solutions such as MS Access or Sybase/Microsoft SQL Server;Understanding of High-Technology supply chain organizations;Knowledge of the embedded semiconductor business;Semiconductor industry experience VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
