Essential Functions as Business Systems Analyst:You will perform the Technical Business Analyst role to create and refine technical backend user stories to deliver product features across 1-2 Scrum teamsYou will remove research and technical impediments for the teamYou will work with the team to deliver quality working software sprint after sprintYou will engage in communication between product owner, stakeholders and development team members to ensure the highest value work is consistently being deliveredYou will promote Agile values, principles, and Scrum guidelines within the organization and with the teamYou will communicate technical issues and risks in a manner suitable to the audience of technical team, and stakeholderYou will act as a Security champion for the applications you are working on to ensure quality code scans are being run and uploaded into our Policy AreasYou will assist with post-release certifications of features your teams have delivered Qualifications Basic Qualifications:10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) 5+ years Atlassian tool suite experience Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of work experience in a technical role that includes writing or reviewing code 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar discipline. (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office tools such as JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, and Excel Experience analyzing technically complex, cross-organizational, global, or multi-stakeholder projectsExperience using Visual Studio and GIT repositories for code managementUnderstanding of waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologiesStrong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skillsExcellent time management, communication, collaboration and organization skills Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) basic concepts Strong analytical and problem resolution skills as well as excellent time management, communication, collaboration and organization skills Strong presentation skills for review with stakeholdersPlease share me your updated resume atVacancy expired!
