- BSEE (or equivalent) plus 10 years of related professional experience
- MSEE (or equivalent) plus 8 years of related experience preferred
- Prior experience working with either for a Foundry, supporting creation of models, or a modeling or foundry team within design house
- Familiar with bulk CMOS BSIM model format
- Must be able to develop robust automation techniques and documentation to speed up model customization, characterization, and QA processes
- Experience with scripting languages like PERL/Python/Shell for automation of model QA and integration
