Job Description

The

Identity and Access Management (IAM)team is responsible for securing employee access to our core applications in the most efficient, compliant and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools. Our goal is to become the gold standard for IAM worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Platform Systems Administrator to become a member of our global team of IAM experts to lead and influence further development, operations, and support of the IAM environment as well as interfacing with stakeholders and O&I at a highly technical level.

Essential Functions

  • Perform maintenance and implementation of various enterprise Identity Management components likeIdM(Oracle IAM Suite or SailPoint) UPM, Single Sign-On application or Privilege Access Management solution(s)
  • Assist with code deploymentsincludingdesign and test plan reviews
  • Partner and collaborateclosely withglobally distributed customers, andManagement, Development team, and the Quality Assurance team to communicate issues and proposed solutions
  • Requires availability to meet with teams in Asia Pacific at least four nights weekly and availability for weekend on-call rotations
  • Perform service recoveryincludinganalysis, documentation,recommendations and remediation of IAM related incidents
  • Perform disaster recovery and failover planning, testing and production execution
  • Perform analysis of IAM related incidents, including
    • Data analysis
    • Documentation of the root cause
    • Recommendations for remediation
  • Supportincidents & regular platform BAU activities
  • Drive security patching on production environment
  • Ensureplatform team KPI & SLAs are maintained
  • Administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing WebLogic
  • Administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing WebLogic Deploy code into a Linux environment
  • Perform Microsoft and/or Oracle database development
  • Responsible for implementing, deploying and maintaining Citrix environment
  • Administer Linux and/or Windowswhile usingprogramming/scripting languagessuch as Java, Unix Shell, C#, PowerShell, or Perl

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work experience in system administration with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experienceadministering Citrix, Linux,and Windows,and writing PowershellandUnix shellscripts
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing, deploying and maintainingCitrix environment
  • 1+ years assisting with disaster recovery planning
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to work with a vast array of information and able to cope with rapidly changing information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with peers, stakeholders, and customers to provide incident support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and the willingness to take on challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operations experience in an enterpriseenvironmentin Privilege Access Management (PAM),CA PAMXceediumor othercomparablesolution
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and network security
  • Understanding of basic firewall functions
  • Experience with C# and/or Javaprogramming or scripting languages

Work Hours

  • Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.
  • Requires availability to meet with teams in Asia Pacific at least four nights weekly and availability for weekend on-call rotations.

Travel Requirements

  • This position does not require the incumbent to travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements

  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
