- Oversee the end-to-end creation of innovative and brand-aligned infographics and data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional, internal stakeholders to understand and support strategic, data-driven storytelling
- Conceive, oversee, and execute data-driven investigative reporting projects with creative approaches.
- Use a targeted blend of mediums to provide the most impactful analytic presentation to the appropriately targeted audience
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the business then craft analytic projects in pursuit of finding actions to address those opportunities
- Excellent sense of design exhibited in work, both your own and that of your team

- Data Journalism Experience
- Experience Managing Jr. Analysts
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- 5+ Years' experience in Dashboard Design ex: tableau, PowerBI, Demo
- 5+ Years of experience with Adobe Illustrator or any graphic Design tools
- Experience Managing complex Projects.
- Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
- JavaScript
- Project Management (functional exposure: includes intake management, task tracking, executive summary)
- Dashboard Design (such as Tableau, Domo, Microstrategy, or some other similar data viz tool)
- Machine Learning (gradient boosting, random forests, classifications)
- Natural Language Processing (text embeddings, machine translation)
- Call Center or Telecome Background
