Your Opportunity

• Minimum of 6 Years of experience in to end to end Global Scape EFT System Administration
• Strong Knowledge of Scripting EFT, Power Shell. Experience automating, scripting, and streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Hands on Exposure with Windows Server Administration, Upgrades and Installations, IIS management along with App Pool configurations, SSL Certificate installation and application deployments.
• Flexibility in working hours in line with project deadlines.
• Build and maintain the operational readiness of the application infrastructure in a mission critical computing environment.
• Monitor performance of application and take action on changes. Respond to application outages and perform routine maintenance on assigned applications.
• Perform routine changes as assigned and according to change management procedures
• Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot issues and drive development of solutions
• Good to have experience on Familiarity with SFTP and Industry standard Products as well as Best Practices.
• Good to have experience on Conducting performance tuning, baselining. Forecasting system performance & managing configurations
• Good to have experience on Experience with basic network and Storage related configurations and Troubleshooting would be a value add.
• Understanding ITSM life cycle and ITIL( Incident, Problem, Change)Experience in to implanting Tech/Process Based Optimizations, Best Practices and Process Standardization
• Experience managing Enterprise applications and support in Production environment while honoring approved SLAs; MTTD and MTTR. Create knowledge repository of the supported applications for ease of use
• Application Migrations from legacy systems to Cloud Platforms (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Google Cloud Platform) for secure and resilient infrastructure.
• Support Application Deployments using CI/CD Tools: Bamboo and Harness.
• Managing Servers across different platforms to efficiently plan, install, configure, and optimize IT infrastructure to obtain high availability and performance. (Schwab uses a flavor of both Windows and UNIX platforms to host its .net and Java based applications).
• Work on installing firmware upgrades, kernel patches, system configurations, performance tuning and patch Management to support applications infrastructure in production.
• Work on F5, GTM/LTM, network and routing (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, DFS).
• Work on Distributed Streaming platform Apache Kafka for publish and subscribe to streams of Records.
• Automate repetitive maintenance lights on work using PowerShell, Python.
• Troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools such as Splunk and App Dynamics or DataDog.
• Experience in token (Oauth, SAML) Single Sign On, PKI, PKE and certificate-based authentication.
• Developing systems and software that help increase site reliability and performance
• Database Knowledge in Oracle or SQL or similar DB is preferred

• This position is responsible for managing assigned software products and associated hardware and operating systems relevant to the Enterprise Managed File Transfer function
