RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Dynamics Business Analyst in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities of this position include: Deliver first class customer service to both internal and external customers Develops, documents and revises system user manuals and program SOPs Conducts tests and inspections of products, services or processes to evaluate quality or performance Provides user assistance and support for troubleshooting applications and software problems Determines operational, technical, and support process improvements

REQUIREMENTS: Experience or expertise supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM. - must have Experience or expertise supporting the Microsoft Grants Manager Plus solution Experience with the software development cycle Experience documenting processes and workflows and in writing user manuals Experience analyzing and interpreting technical information and able to communicate these to users Experience with software development projects and/or processes (including software requirements and software testing) Experience providing excellent customer support; ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to elicit and document business requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, or similar business productivity software
