End User Support/IT Specialist

Intake Call Notes:
  • This person will be supporting the Austin and San Antonio offices/job sites (220 users total)
  • They will be traveling between the Austin office and different job sites in Austin and San Antonio to assist with setup of computers, printers, and other IT tasks.
  • ProCore is a tool that is used heavily in RO.
  • Estimated 20% of time will be in Austin office and 80% of time will be spent onsite helping users.
  • Need someone that can come in and hit thr ground running.
  • They will be 1 of 3 IT people in Austin. The 3rd was recently promoted to system admin out of this position.
  • If something needs to be escalated, there are folks that can be handed the issue.
  • The main duties of this person will be: get network (printers and other minor network features) up and running, conference video setups, o365, one drive, active directory, pro core.
  • Looking for 3-5 years of experience, can' t have someone super junior in this role as they already have a junior person in Austin.
  • Tenure is important, at least 2+ years at each job preferably.
  • Military veterans a plus
  • IV Process: Initial phone screen with Karyn or Kevin, then second MS Teams interview with the team, then final in-person, lunch, or MS Team interview with Terry Mullis who we placed as IT Director.
  • Can go up to $70, 000' s for the right candidate but can' t go above that.
  • Room for promotion within RO - everyone in IT department has been promoted this year as company has grown.
  • 5-10% bonus
