job summary:

One of our Austin clients is looking to add an Onbase Administrator to their growing team. This permanent position offers the flexibility to work in a Hybrid environment. You will be responsible for application delivery as well as providing technical support of On-prem Hyland Onbase Document Management and WorkFlow Solutions.This role will work with a variety of different teams including business analysts, the applications and infrastructure team as well as other business units.

responsibilities:

Manage and administer an on-prem Onbase system, this encompasses UAT and Production envirornments and Development
Configure OnBase keywords, Unity, Documents, Scan Queues, Workflows, Document Import Processor and WorkView
Assist the OnBase user community to answer requests for service and solving problems within the system

qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors

skills:

Hyland onbase administration (1 year of experience is preferred)

OCSA (1 year of experience is preferred)

Workflow experience (1 year of experience is preferred)

OnBase Document Composition (1 year of experience is preferred)

WorkView (1 year of experience is preferred)

OnBase Document Import Process (1 year of experience is preferred)

Upgrading OnBase software

.NET (1 year of experience is preferred)

Insurance/ Financial Industry (1 year of experience is preferred)

ECM Admin Experience (3 years of experience is required)
