We partner with our clients on their long-term initiatives by providing real value while demonstrating high level of professionalism and ethics metus.Please send your resume to for immediate considerationRole: Project Coordinator / Executive AssistantLocation : Austin, TX (Hybrid remote)Duration : ContractKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the executive calendar; Coordinate across business units, customers, and team members to drive effective collaboration for the executive.Arrange executive’s domestic and international travel schedule, visas, reservations, etc. Ensure “on the road” time is productive and efficient.Propose and follow through on ideas to improve organizational morale / employee welfare (events, giveaways, awards). Facilitate, coordinate and drive to completion Strategic Offsites, Town Halls and large group meetings.Own the executive’s partner relationships and drive regular networking interaction between the executive and Applied Materials partnersMaintain inventory of departmental supplies and computing resources; Coordinate necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changes.Preferred Experience5+ years of C-Level Executive Assistant.Prior experience supporting a corporate executive in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience managing complexities of global travelDemonstrated ability to use a variety of office automation tools and software (Office 365, Teams, SAP, etc.)Academic CredentialsHigh school graduate and completion of business/secretarial school or equivalent experienceAcademic CredentialsHigh school graduate and completion of business/secretarial school or equivalent experience If your skills match these requirements, please send your resume to for immediate consideration.
