Facility Technician Opening | $20-$30/hr.
Pay dependent on experience
Multiple Openings across North & South Austin
M-F 6AM OR 8AM Start Tim. 8-10 hour days.Rotating on Call Weekends once trained 1 every 6 -8 weeks
The Facilities Maintenance Tech Complies with OSHA, and responds to emergency situations to ensure employee, patient and facility safety. Candidates will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of the hospital equipment and building components.
With little supervision the candidates will diagnose mechanical problems, offer solutions, and act to ensure the saftey, care, and comfort of the staff and patients.
Professionalism, appearance, and workmanship is key. .
Skills & Qualifications:
GED OR HS Diploma
Basis computer skills (Office or Word)
3.5+ years of facility technician or construction field experience
1.5+ years of maintenance with HVAC troubleshooting OR Electrical Systems
277 voltage, Air handling experience and changing filters
Usage of hand tools, power tools, gauges, and electrical testing devices
Ability to life up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have:
EPA OR HVAC Certification
Electrical Certifications
Direct Healthcare OR Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
