Our Client is expanding and currently seeks a

FIELD DESIGN ENGINEER

Leverage your LAB TESTING skills to take your CAREER to the "Next Level" for 2022 and beyond!

Duration: 12 months with possible extension's Location: Austin, Texas

MUST have the COVID-19 vaccination. Medical or religious accommodations will be considered on an individual basis

Description: - Develop and execute test plan with focus on customer experience for fitness and location use cases - Generate system performance test reports with key performance indicators and highlight top issues - Collaborate with 3rd party vendors throughout the project cycle - Work with team members spread across various time zones

Prior experience working with GPS highly preferred, but manager would consider Beats, Cellular, and Wi-Fi as well
Looking for prior validation testing experience
Mac OS experience highly preferred

Competencies: - Strong working experience with field and lab testing in GPS, location, fitness, or wireless technologies. - Knowledge in system test plan creation and execution for any given technology. - Great eye towards attention to detail. - Professional communication skills tailored to situation and audience, well proven written/verbal communication skills. - Must be able to work independently and should be proactive. Hands on using Mac, iPhone and WATCH products. Education: 4 year degree mandatory .

Important Information: There is no per Diem with this position There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.
