You’ll be part of the Workday for Accenture Recruiting & Onboarding Solution Train where you will act as an empowered decision maker for your defined recruiting process area. You will define the strategic direction for the process area by understanding recruiting business needs and identifying priorities for delivering solutions. We will leverage your thought leadership skills to determine how we will optimize recruiting processes using technology. As a member of the Agile Release Train, you’ll collaborate with Product Management, Customers, Change Management, Business Owners, and other stakeholders. You’ll work with HR Tech team and CIO to define user stories and prioritize the current and future backlog of items that reflect the needs in your recruiting process area. Your work will impact a global recruiting team of over 4,000 recruiters, enabling them to manage their work, build and foster strategic relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will be accountable for managing the end-to-end scope, including process reviews/issue identification, prioritizing recruiting optimization opportunities, redesigning processes, solution build/testing/deployment. By utilizing your innate interest in detailing out processes, passion for identifying improvement opportunities, and envisioning and delivering a new way of operating you will play a key role in Accenture’s journey towards modern HR and Intelligent Operations. If you want to make a difference in Recruiting, choose to join our team.What can you look forward to?Strategy/Vision: Owner of the vision and roadmap for your recruiting process area to determine achievable business outcomes Documenting Business Value: Define return on investment, business value achieved through business outcomes and present design/solution recommendations to Recruiting Leadership for commitment and sign off on proposals Program Increment: Contribute to the planning and execution of Program Implementation (PI) planning, including backlog updates and prioritization, story definition, and providing clarifications to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing. Prioritization: Prioritize backlog epics, features, stories and tasks to achieve the business outcomes in Daily Stand-Up and weekly Sprint Planning calls Defect Management: Assist Agile Team in triaging defects and provide education to end users when the process is not being followed. Sign off on defect resolution before moving solutions to Production Collaboration: Work closely with Scrum Master, Product Owners and Functional SMEs to communicate strategy, business requirements and prioritization. Partner with Market Units and Teams to understand and solution requests. Communication : Define and coordinate education and communication for end users. Partners with Change Management to ensure new processes / messages / training points are delivered. Document post design decision and process flows. Accepting Stories: Work with the team to agree on short descriptions of a small piece of functionality written in plain language for the benefit of recruiters, hiring managers, or other stakeholders. This includes validating that the story meets acceptance criteria, has the appropriate acceptance tests and overall complies with its definition of Done. Assures a level of quality, focusing primarily on fitness for use. Scrum of Scrums Meetings: Attend weekly meetings to identify and understand cross team interdependencies. Decision Maker: Within functional area, review, discuss backlog items and test results providing final approval before team moves into Workday production Participate in Team Demo and Retrospective: Collaborate with the team and any other stakeholders in the team demos. Participate in the Iteration Retrospective, to share thoughts and ideas on improving team processes. Stakeholder Management: Manage a varied level of stakeholders from MU Recruiting Leads and teams to CIO and WD Leadership teams to influence and get buy-in for vision, roadmap, key priorities & focus areas and design changes to accommodate critical requirements. Basic Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Recruiting (corporate, agency, or consulting), or HR (Service Delivery, Talent, etc.) role.

Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:​ Experience managing user expectations and requirements

Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other advanced process excellence projects/programs.

Experience in applying Agile principles in your ways of working and projects

Consultative skills and ability to think about product implementation and delivery with an “outside in” mindset

Demonstrated experience in Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking system.

Professional Skills:Ability to manage and influence multiple Stakeholders

Proven track record of driving influence even with limited authority

Demonstrated capability of working with an entrepreneurial mindset

Self-driven with a keen sense of how to manage change and ambiguity

Ability to communicate, actively listen and collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural environment

Demonstrated experience of defining vision and creating strategic roadmaps

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $73,764 - $170,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
