A Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) System Administrator with a detailed knowledge and management of CMOD systems and solutions and implementations in order to maintain systems with the highest degree of accuracy and customer satisfaction. ADA Tagging leveraging Target Stream EDS Workbench A CMOD System Administrator requires 2+ years of CMOD implementation and administration experience. This person is ideally skilled in not only CMOD Multiplatform but has a working knowledge of document management and the zOS and Linux platforms including DB2, Enhanced Retention Management, Lucene Full Text Search engine, Report Distribution understanding with ODF and RDF, TSM, 390 Indexer, PDF indexer with PPD logic, XML Indexer, Generic indexer, ACIF, data streams including Xerox, EBCDIC, AFP, ASCII and others. Contributes to all phases of implementation including working with business partners to develop requirements/uses-cases, user onboarding, platform upgrades and level 3 support. Candidate should be proficient in Linux and Windows. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Typically requires 5-7 years of IT experience Primary Skill - IBM Content Management On Demand (CMOD) Secondary Skill - JavaScript Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of TargetStream Technologies StreamEDS
  • Working knowledge of CMOD high-level design and requirements gathering

  • Working knowledge of CMOD troubleshooting, system log and CMOD monitoring
