- This role will improve the Configuration Management process.
- Execute tasks related to enhancing and supporting the Configuration Management Process. Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM and CMDB software technology for the enterprise.
- Knowledge of the Remedy SmartIT and Atrium CMDB is a critical component to the IT Configuration Management process effectiveness and operational performance.
- Organizing work tasks – from identification and assignment, to execution and implementation
- Recognized SME of the Remedy ITSM and SmartIT product, and motivated by automation and process improvements
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills leading to successful interactions with technical and business audiences
- Soliciting requirements for understanding, collaborating with business requestors to provide to developers
- System documentation, workflow and procedure documentation
- IT Service Management process knowledge and experience
- COBIT & Control Language/Procedure documentation
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in use of ITIL, with a focus on IT Configuration Management process
- Experience scheduling and facilitating effective meetings
- Excellent written and oral skills leading to successful interactions with technical and business audiences
- Builds trusted relationships with colleagues around the firm and across multiple levels of the organization
- Collaborates daily with users and peers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to drive results
- Ability to analyse data
- Remedy experience is preferred for this role.
