- Analyze incident/event data
- Fine Tune Alerting false positives and false negatives
- Plug the rules, policy, machine learning patterns into ITSM Capabilities
- Manage and monitor resolution within a Data Center.
- Drive resolution and reduce the false positive alerts
- Coordinate between Development and Operations teams to increase and monitor product stability.
- Design and implement report automation using various API and SQL data sources.
- Maintain and refactor existing automation approaches to reduce errors and toil.
- Deploy product updates to production environments.
- Review identified production issues, investigate, resolve or escalate as appropriate.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, VROPS, SRM, etc.
- Post-secondary certification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math/Applied Math, or is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with scripting
- Exceptional attention to details and ability to logically approach a problem and break it down into manageable tasks.
