• Understand business requirements functional and non-functional of future architecture for microservices based micro app.
• Analyze current architecture and legacy system interconnect including third-party vendors; document architecture and dataflow
• Create Outer and Inner APIs using Java Spring Boot framework for UI layer and backend systems. Convert IBM IIB calls to microservices and migrate SOAP services to RESTful APIs.
• Develop code and solution with Java Spring Boot/Microservices/API Development.
• Strong knowledge in angular 5/6/7 (services, consuming rest APIs, RxJS, observables).
• Work with UI team to analyze and troubleshooting JavaScript, Ajax and tools like web developer and firebug
• Work in agile methodology and participate in daily standup and all the Scrum Meetings.
• Create Stories and work with business analyst to groom them for each sprint Update Jira, VersionOne platform with daily updates on stories including burn rate Test and debug code using Junit, Postman and other debugging tool, resolve defects and provide root cause analysis and solution
• Work with scrum master and other team members to create weekly and monthly reporting for other stakeholders
• Deploy release and code changes using Bitbucket, create Pull Requests to merge code changes with Bitbucket bug or hotfix branch with proper justification
• Deploy code during golive release using deployment tool, configure & restart Apache and Websphere servers
• Work with UI and UX team to refine wireframes and develop code accordingly
• Work with Testing COE to troubleshoot and resolve any defects or issues found during regression or performance or UAT testing
• Create documentation for architecture, development, deployment, root cause analysis as part of each sprint.
