- At least 8+ years' experience as a data modeler, with a mix of SQL & NoSQL skills preferred
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, & data stores
- Defining the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modeling, metadata, data security & access, data catalog & data lineage
- Defining data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, & how data changes in transition
- Understand established data management & reporting technologies, & have knowledge of columnar & NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, & unstructured data
- Expert in working with MongoDb, NOSQL query, Query optimization and tuning, Collections / Document management models.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills BI/Reporting tools such as Tableau
- Db monitoring, observability & health checks
- Performance tuning & management
