We work closely with Oracle product development on the latest innovative solutions.As a member of the Oracle Consulting Security Practice, the consultant will be responsible for architecting, designing and implementing Oracle Identity Governance and cloud security solutions.Tasks include analysis of business requirements, architecture, solution design, implementation, code development and presentations as necessary.Qualifications:10 years of Oracle Identity Governance experience with knowledge of current release 12c.Expert in architecture, design and implementation of one or more of the following:· Oracle Identity Cloud Service· Java/J2EE including Object Oriented Principals· Weblogic ServerAbility to travel up to 80% US Nationwide - Candidates can live anywhere in the US but must be able and willing to travel US Nationwide Mon – Thurs/Fri. With current conditions the work is remote.TAGS: Oracle Security, Enterprise Security, OIG, OIM, IDCS, WLS, Java, J2EE, SOA, BPELOIM Hands-On Expertise:· Required:o Experience installing, configuring, upgrading and implementing with multiple OIM versions – 11G, 11G R2 11G PS2, 11G PS3, 12C and dependent software. Expert level understanding of OIM database schema and tables across versions.o Experience implementing highly scalable and highly available OIM solutions.o Experience installing OIM for SSL configurations.o Experience with designing and implementing OIG connector integrations with common target systems like AD, Exchange, Directories, Databases, Web Services and Flat Files.o Deep understanding of common standards like SPML, REST, SCIM, OAUTH.o Hands on experience working with OIM System Administration and Design Console Features for configuring and implementing connectors to satisfy customer requirements.o Hands on experience developing and implementing multi-stage SOA BPEL approval workflows for OIM access requests.o Hands on experience with configuring and administering OIM features for RBAC, SOD, Certifications.o Hands on experience developing and implementing OIM plugin extension points (Event handlers, Plugins, Scheduled Jobs) for supporting business requirements.o High level of expertise and comfort developing code with Java programming language for common integrations like JDBC, JNDI, IO. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
