Role-Prod Support-Pivotal Cloud Foundry(PCF)Location - Austin-TexasJD :- Strong understanding in PaaS
- Prior Experience in Cloud Migration Strategies
- Hands on experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Hands on exposure in Optimization & Performance tuning on Cloud Apps (microservices)
- Hands on experience on SCDF(spring cloud dataflow) and SCCS(spring cloud config server)
- CI/CD Pipeline implementation
- Hands on experience in any Data migration tool
- Scripting/Programming Language
- Ability to advise customer on critical issues & suggest appropriate solutions.
- Experience in handling Monitoring tools like Splunk ,WaveFront, Grafana
- Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified
- Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect
