Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is looking to hire a Program Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance to join our Strategic Initiatives (SI) Team. SI is a part of the Scaled Operations (SO) organization within Global Operations (GO). GO’s mission is to build and run world-class processes at a global scale that minimize harm to people and society, while maximizing the success and well-being of FB’s ecosystem. SO provides and nurtures industry leading human capabilities to serve FB’s community and businesses. SI is a global horizontal team within SO, which supports and enables the success of SO and GO by driving business critical initiatives through program excellence, thought partnership, stakeholder collaboration, and effective change management.In particular, this role will join the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, which focuses on driving organization-wide controls in support of Facebook’s SO and GO organizations. We are looking for a Program Manager to be a partner for our cross functional teams in leading implementation of strategic programs to enable scaled growth while reducing enterprise risk.Required Skills: Design, develop, and implement a compliance ecosystem for Scaled Operations and Global Operations

Develop institutional knowledge on emerging regulatory requirements

i.e. MRC, CCIA, CSER, etc.

Develop deep understanding on compliance, technology and business processes throughout scaled operations

Drive stakeholder management and build coalitions to successfully drive strategic programs

Strong business acumen, project and program management skills, and the ability to collateral building

Identifying the processes needed to implement your recommendations

Minimum Qualifications: Communication and skills

Interpersonal and consultative skills

Experience taking complex and ambiguous information/data and distilling them into meaningful action plans

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

5+ years of relevant work experience in the program management and/or compliance space

Preferred Qualifications: MBA, graduate level degree, or equivalent

Compliance experience

Strong business acumen, project and program management skills, and experience with collateral building

Communications and presentation skills, driving consensus throughout the organization
