Define project scope based and prioritize deliverables based on business needs

Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of implementation plans

Build and drive project schedules, meeting minutes, and issues & action items log

Drive a risk register and provide project reports to stakeholders and senior leadership

Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver results that meet or exceed customer expectations

Serve as the product owner in Agile / SCRUM development process; write user stories, groom the backlog, and lead sprint planning

Partner with internal and external teams to identify areas in need of improvement that will increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests

Anticipate problems and complications and formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project

Assume responsibility for driving technical ownership with regards to issue resolution

Ensure all business systems, IT systems, partner platforms and networks are in place to support the offer and that the technical design achieves the business objective

Qualifications5+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology-oriented organization

Previous experience in managing projects on distributed systems in a cloud environment

Managing multiple programs end to end by balancing the key objectives of scope, budget, time and effort

Ability to Influence and engage various teams across the organization and drive best practice adoption across those teams

Working experience with Agile methodologies, project management processes, and stakeholder management

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems

Technically savvy with a history of ramping up on new technologies quickly

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-­technical individuals
