Years Required/Preferred Experience 10 Required Experience with general IT SDLC processes. 8 Required Skilled in managing risks and issues. 8 Required Skilled in conflict resolution and removing team impediments. 8 Required Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff. 8 Required Skilled in creating communication channels between the team, product owner and stakeholders. 5 Required Skilled in working on agile projects utilizing scrum. 5 Required Skilled in facilitating meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective) 5 Required Skilled in coaching agile practices to team members and business unit stakeholders. 5 Required Skilled in agile estimating, planning and forecasting. 2 Required Experienced in establishing a sprint backlog. III. TERMS OF SERVICE Services are expected to start 09/01/2022 and are expected to complete by 03/31/2023. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1152 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
