What You Will DoWe are actively searching for a RN Manager to joing our Nursing Clinical Programs Team! As the RN Manager, you will manage clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources. Other responsibilities include:Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives.

Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.

Assign tasks, prioritize and coordinate work.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.

Monitor and adhere to budget.

Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience required.

Work Experience:3 years of experience required.

1 year of leadership or management experience required.
