We are looking for a Sales Operations Consultant for a consulting engagement with our Austin, Texas client.
Responsibilities:- Maintain Salesforce, including onboarding/adding/removing users as needed
- Manage and deliver weekly and monthly reports
- Serve as liaison for various platforms including LinkedIn, Salesloft, Sourcescrub, Grata, Airtable, Docusign, Asana
- 4+ years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role working directly with business-to-business sales and sales leaders
- Demonstrated proficiency supporting and improving enterprise sales and marketing operations
- Proficiency with SalesLoft and Salesforce.com platforms (ADM 201 certification a plus)
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with Salesforce dashboards, reporting and workflow automations (including Process Builder)
- Excel proficiency (including expertise with functions such as Vlookup and Index/Match)
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities while working upon multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent business writing and communication skills and exceptional problem-solving skills
