- Assist the technical team in researching, and solutioning problems discovered during testing and post-production release
- Research new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology
- Collaborate with and provide technical advice to the SAFe Agile Release Train Members’ Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and lines of business to estimate level-of-effort, timing, and feasibility, to design new systems based on business requirements, to optimize system and program functionality, to work with the business stakeholders to understand business needs and assist with prioritizing program increments.
