Position Overview SAP FICO Consultant -Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA(Day one Onsite) Requirements: Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members
- >8 years of professional SAP consulting experience.
- SAP implementation project experience and well aware of SLDC.
- Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions
- Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals
- Experience of working in Onsite Offshore model
- SAP certification Preferred.
- Basic ABAP debugging for all functional roles Preferred.
- SAP FICO: AR, AP, GL, AA, and COPA areas New GL and Document split functionality (for Accounts other than Apple) Automatic Payments with DMEE, XML and iDocs Revenue Recognition, Tax on sales and purchases
- Exposure 3rd party taxation tools like Sabrix, Taxware or Vertex Withholding Tax.
- Sound knowledge in Intercompany processes theough Edi-IDocs
- Exposure to Interfaces and development thereof
- Knowledge in Bank communication, Lock box and Electronic Bank statement with search strings Integration with SD, MM and PS modules.
- Working with IDocs Local GAAP Reporting using special purpose ledgers Foreign currency valuation and translation
- Period end closing process Credit Card processes Collection, Dispute, and Credit Management Multi-currency global landscape
- Development of custom reports Implementation and testing of Function modules, User exits and BTEs.
