Remote Opportunity

We are currently on the search for numerous SAP Leads focused on various operations modules/processes including: a Finance & Control Lead (

FICO), Sales & Distribution Lead (

SD), a Materials/Warehouse Management (

MM/WM) Lead, a Planning Production (

PP) Lead, as well as a Technical Integration Lead. These persons(s) will largely be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing SAP (Systems Applications and Products) software programs for our client in order to help them manage such areas as inventory, sales, production and marketing.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and configuration of SAP module solutions
  • Collaborate with both functional and IT technical teams and Business SMEs to realize solutions for cross-functional areas (either integration with other SAP modules or external systems)
  • Working with the Business users on the application functionality/features
  • Proven ability to drive business requirements and solution design
  • Able to read and fully understand ABAP and perform debugging and ABAP error analysis

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Functional SAP knowledge in Materials Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP), and related module configuration (such as MM and WM) as well as functional integration knowledge of other modules such as FI and SD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Participated or led a workstream as part of a project-based, design and build SAP experience
  • Minimum 1 or more full-cycle implementation with design, configuration of applications and overall project delivery using either of these Module: Production Planning (SAP PP), Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), Materials Management (SAP MM), Integrated Business Planning
  • Understanding of SAP IBP concepts.
  • Working knowledge of S&OP concepts and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with leading projects with both on-site and remote resources.
  • Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
