Key Qualifications
  • 3-5 years Project Management experience
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Detailed knowledge of the various SAP solutions and their relevance to business
  • Experience with SAP S4Hana implementation preferable
  • High technical ability, capable of quickly understanding complex integrated systems
  • Comprehend current issues, and see around corners to understand downstream impacts
  • Combine critical thinking with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Possess a through understanding of the Project Lifecycle.
  • Exhibit a real passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement

Responsibilities and Duties: You will work with the project team to facilitate and document the review of core processes, requirements and roles within the Retail organizations. You will analyze and catalog current RCDX projects, core processes, and roles to assess areas of impact for S4Hana migration and current pain points or opportunities. You will work with cross functional teams in Operations and IST to prepare business for S4Hana implementation and provide input into process improvements in-line with industry best practices. You will develop and sustain strong and trusted relationships with all cross-functional partners. You will manage, plan and organize activities and tasks throughout process planning and execution. We need someone who will lead, take forward thinking action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity. You will ensure timely completion of the deliverables for each milestone and ensure that exceptions are reported to the project PMO and steering committee. Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • SAP S4Hana experience
  • E-commerce or Contact Center experience strongly desired
