Notes: The person will be working on several large initiatives and tracking user stories, tackling sprint planning across initiatives and teams. We’ll need someone who can easily juggle a lot of projects/programs.This also should be someone that has either a technical background (i.e. prior TPM experience) and/or finance/payments experience.

Experience working as a Scrum master handling larger team size and Agile methodologies in Development teams
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word is a must
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Experience in working with JIRA for Ticketing as well as Agile Scrum planning
Ability to work with and coordinate between teams in India and US locations
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and educate the team to adapt to new changes and methodology roll outs.
