- As the Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through assisting with the preparation and filing of the Company’s external financial reports.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify and enhance processes to improve the quality of the Company’s filings.
- You will also Assist in the preparation of SEC periodic filings (10-Q and 10-K) and current reports (8-K), including quarterly earnings releases as well as monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting and disclosure requirements
