JOB DESCRIPTIONCollaborate with Product Managers to ensure that there is a comprehensive Business Requirements documentCreate a timeline for the requirements discussion sessions to identify and close the gaps in requirements documentCreation a Functional Design Document that will be provided to the applicable engineering teamsEnsure that Accessibility requirements are addressed and included in the Functional DesignEnsure that Security requirements are addressed and included in the Functional DesignPlan and facilitate the project playback to all interested parties prior to the start of feature development JOB REQUIREMENTSCandidate must have solid to exceptional domain knowledge of e-commerce systemsBusiness or Functional Analyst experience preferredStrong communication skills are a must have - both written and verbal; ability to communicate with business and engineering stakeholders in their respective languageAbility to create teams and partnerships with business and other Engineering functions (Shared Service Groups)Must be able to present to a large audience with confidence and clarityAbility to elicit explicit and implicit requirements from business stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and ability to think through user journeys and use case scenariosShould be able to strike a balance between business asks and engineering complexityGood understanding of web technologiesMust focus on attention to detailsShould be able to work with sense of urgency and have a quick turnaround in deliverables in exception scenariosVacancy expired!
