Take full ownership of technical field and customer readiness for product and Go-to-market strategy.
Develop excellent working relationships with Customers, Marketing, Sales, Tech sales, Service Teams and Partner
Devise, improve product go-to-market process, plan timelines and launch scenarios and deliverables including how we present and demonstrate product value.
Work collaboratively with Engineering to create a scalable and robust offering
Spot risks to new product launches and various GTM deliverables and develop relevant responding plans in collaboration with product management and development
Work closely with cross functional squads, transform using data-led knowledge, bring best practices to continually improve the success of the product as measured by revenue and customer adoption.
Track results from launch activities for sharing success and improvements to the executive teams.
Lead customer and stakeholder feedback programs and funnel this information into the product to inform the user experience and product requirements.
Present and position IBM's vision and offering to customers, industry analysts and at external events. Be - a cross-functional team leader and a client advocate.
Successful candidates will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric viewpoint, the drive to maximize market opportunities by designing and developing new offerings and capabilities.If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position ($110,000 - $204,000) is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.Required Technical and Professional Expertise7+ years experience with exposure to enterprise software products and businesses
5+ years experience in technical product management or go to market applicable product related fields
3+ years experience in IT management, monitoring, IT operations
Working with a cross-functional team of product, engineering, sales, legal, and finance
Strong communicator and collaborator, with an emphasis on understanding design and engineering perspectives
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and execution skills
Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 5 years of client-facing experience
Proven experience bringing new solutions or offerings to market
Ability to quickly identify patterns among problems & issues
Active on Social Media to promote and evangelize IBM products and achievements
