- Leadership qualities
- Combination of 12 years of education and IT professional services experience.
- Experience in specific technology areas, including Wi-Fi MESH, CBRS, 5G , wireless technologies including networking and cabling project management experience preferred.
- Firm understanding of outdoor wireless technologies.
- 3+ Years experience with managing indoor and or outdoor wireless projects.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredit University within a related IT fields and or business.
- Master's degree a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Financial Forecasting for a portfolio of projects.
- Able to jump in a provide leadership to multiple projects under the CWB program.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, Office, Project, Project Server and SharePoint.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
