Title: ServiceMax Administrator

Hybrid Out of the Austin Office

Long Term, Open Ended Assignment

Pay Rate: Open to best market hourly rate plus benefits (health, dental, life insurance, 401K)

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing ServiceMax and Salesforce.com administration, configuration, workflows, and data migration tasks.
  • Configuring complex Custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Approval Processes, Rules, Triggers etc.
  • Data management (creation of users, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, Flow, etc.)
  • Understanding the data structures and data modeling
  • Gaining or having a strong understanding of the sales process in various business units
  • Checking for data integration between Salesforce.com and backend systems
  • Support and minor enhancements for the ServiceMax Application.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Servicemax system for optimal performance and data integrations.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, Servicemax as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Documenting processes, running error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
  • Understanding and following SLC and validation processes.

REQUIRED
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce and ServiceMax systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce and Service Max upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Individual must have 3+ years of SF administrator on complex salesforce orgs with several thousand users
  • Strong technical, analytical and communication skill
  • It’s a plus if individual have certifications such as Salesforce certified admin and advanced admin
