Position: ServiceNow BA Location: Austin, TX/ Elk Grove, Sacramento, Sunnyvale, CA / (Day1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Interview Mode: Skype/ Telephonic / WebEx JD : Requirements Gathering and Business User Meetings to understand the requirements/existing functionalities of the service request management Requirement Analysis Identify the process gaps and provide alternatives to the project team. Prepare the templates for the Functional specification review, Technical specifications etc Build mock-up UIs and wireframing to demonstrate the features/enhancements on Apple's ServiceNow platform. Solution Designing and specification review Prepare and present weekly status reports and sprint retrospective review reports Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Apple's Business Users and End Users Interact with Apple's Business Users/End Users for the Technical specification review and sign off. Provide the technical assistance from design and development standpoint Handle delivery of interfaces on-time for testing team Record and track all defects identified during the testing phase and cycle back with the core development team for any fix / fine tuning.
