ServiceNow technical lead / Developer
Research & Skills Development:- Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products.
- Design, Implementation, Development and working sessions with client as required.
- Maintain current knowledge via internal webinars, training.
- Create technical design and implementation best practices.
- Perform research into solutions in context of client requirements for integration.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow for recommendations, points of view and documentation as needed.
- Assist delivery teams with resolving critical path technical issues, challenges and performance optimization.
- Offshore and onshore co-ordination. [Work closely with offshore development team & Mentor developers]
- Having knowledge on Linux & Oracle would be an added advantage.
- Business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design abilities.
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders, solution architects and extended program teams.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, DATA IMPORTS, MID-SERVER.
- Deep understanding on NOW platform [Client/Server side]
- Is self-motivated / self-directed capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule.
- Solid Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to varying stakeholder levels.
- Ability to handle and overcome objections in engagement delivery context.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
