- Development and Administration in ServiceNow in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, Service Catalog.
- JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML and/or JSON.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to gather, understand, organize, and interpret relevant data and information.
- Experience gathering requirements and designing to requirements.
- Experience in developing and managing integrations with ServiceNow.
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
