job summary:
Working as part of the Global Risk Management team (reporting to the Lead for SOC Reporting), this role is vital to the timely and accurate preparation of SOC reports across Finastra. The SOC Reporting Analyst will assist in the maturation, implementation, execution, and maintenance of the SOC Program. Activities to support these programs include: location: AUSTIN, Texasjob type: Permanentsalary: $80,000 - 90,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: No Degree Required responsibilities:The SOC Reporting Analyst will assist in the maturation, implementation, execution, and maintenance of the SOC Program. Activities to support these programs include: Working with our Service Auditors to understand what deliverables are required and their requisite timing Review/validate Descriptions of Systems, and work with SMEs to ensure the Description accurately reflects their processes/controls Review/validate risk assessments and their resultant controls Working with SMEs to determine key controls and draft control wording for new/changed controls to be included and tested in SOC reports Using Microsoft TEAMs or similar technology to establish tasks/deliverables for the SOC audits based on the controls and document requests of the Service Auditors Follow-up on and review deliverables to ensure that they are received timely and complete Discuss evidence needs and requests with SMEs to clarify Service Auditor requests, to ensure appropriate documentation is provided to satisfy Service Auditor requests Facilitate Service Auditor virtual/onsite walkthroughs and other meetings Scheduling with Service Auditor, SMEs and other resources Track and manage to resolution deliverables and findings (including, as appropriate, adding to the Risk Register) Evaluate management responses to deviations and challenge/test them, as appropriate. Assist in the development, reporting and management of actionable reporting, KRIs and KPIs Partnering with key stakeholders, internal customers, and subject matter experts to ensure program milestones are successfully achieved Tracking and managing projects and/or initiatives as assigned qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced

- Education: No Degree Required
- SOC Analyst (5 years of experience is required)
