Our team is comprised of highly knowledgeable Architects, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Software Engineers. The team is spread across the globe to ensure good coverage for any time zone.Our primary focus is centered on customer-centric engineering activities, both reactive and proactive.In addition, we provide executive level development / engineering representation needed in critical and / or strategic customer engagements.We help our customers on their transformative journey to adopt Oracle Analytics cloud platforms, services, architectures and best practices.Our objective is to take an advisory role in the following areas for all Analytic offerings:Product Guidance

Infrastructure Review

Escalation Management

Guidance on Design and Development of custom solutions

Integrations, Security, Performance and Analytics

Responsibilities:Assist in leading our Cloud solution (SaaS, PaaS) efforts by working across Oracle Cloud Operations, Cloud Security, Identity Management Products, our partners, and directly with our most important customers.

Take lead role providing recommendations to development product teams to improve Product Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure and performance of Oracle Analytics products that are discovered during managing customer escalations.

Take lead role representing Oracle development calls with customers and technical support to ensure that the customer has provided the required information to resolve open issues and that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Take a lead role with creating training material on various Analytics and Product Security, Cloud Security, Identity Management Products, Infrastructure as needed on subject matter expert sessions (SME sessions) for internal training that is planned for the CEAL team.

Team leader representing Oracle Development when working with support technicians, internal and external consultants, etc. providing direction and mentoring to others on BI product feature/functionality, security, design, process, tuning and testing.

Requirements:This position is Oracle Analytics Cloud features and Security centric where expertise in performing SSO (using SAML2, OAuth, Kerberos, Social Login), Secure Communication (SSL Configuration), All Identity Management Products (Oracle Native products like OIM, OAM, IDCS, IAM and 3rd party products like CA SiteMinder, Ping Federate, ADFS, Azure, IBM (IDM) products, etc.) Cloud Security, LDAP Servers and troubleshooting on Oracle Analytics (or OBIEE/OAS) either on Cloud or on-premise, including Data Visualizer, is required.Nice to have:Expertise on Oracle BIEE/OAS

Expertise on Oracle Analytics Cloud

Expertise on Cloud Security

Expertise on Oracle Native and 3rd party IDM products

Consulting background highly desirable.
