- Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
- 1 - 2 years (prefer 2+) enterprise C coding experience with Linux systems
- Familiarity with multi-threaded applications
- 1 - 2 years (prefer 2+) of experience with any scripting language (i.e. Bash, Python, Perl)
- Superior English writing and communication skills
- Desire to learn new skills and improve existing ones
- Ability to manage and aggressively push project deadlines
- "Big picture" thinking with regard to design and solution architecting
- Understanding of enterprise software design principles - architecture, design patterns, OOP
- Rotational On-call support is required
