We Are Hiring: We are hiring a Sr. Director of Products at Ascension.
Preferred locaiton for this role: Austin, Chicago, or St. Louis. What You Will Do: Oversee a team of Product Managers charged with delivering best-in-class consumer experiences in health care.- Drive a strategic vision for core consumer experiences in your scope.
- Design and build solutions with the intent to scale them across Ascension's national footprint
- Partner with key stakeholders, both within Ascension and with external partners, to align groups and execute against product roadmaps.
- Leverage human-centered design principles to understand the needs of end users and to guide our approach and priorities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Ascension's strategic direction, and how the products and services we build will impact our business and those we serve.
- Manage the profit, loss and budget while continuously evaluating the product portfolio and associate product lines through analytics and reporting.

What You Will Need: Education:- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:- 7 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
