Title- Senior Program Manager / Director

Location : onsite – Austin, TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Duration Fulltime Skills-Should be Currently Managing 15-20 Managers/ team leads and their sub-ordinatesThis Person will be overseeing the Team based in Austin which has a size of 60 membersGood Cultural Fit + Good Logical Skills +Good Analytical Skills + Good People Management ExpShould be from IT, Software background (QA, BA preferred)We will not consider anyone from software development background as its more managerial role not technical role and developers will get bored in the role in few months.

Requirements
  • Responsible for the scope, quality and timeliness of program deliverables every quarter.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define achievable objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Own the operational and tactical planning for successful execution of program objectives, including managing priorities, deadlines, and balanced resource allocation.
  • Anticipate, identify, communicate and resolve issues that impact the program objectives. This includes driving cross-functional efforts to resolve blockers and handling all necessary escalations.
  • Be the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication
  • Provide concise and effective status reports that communicate progress, blockages, highlights, risks, mitigations, and sets clear expectations on any adjustments on deliverables and/or project plans.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the program, its objectives and its challenges, and ensure that the knowledge is continuously updated and shared with all team members.
  • Be the source of knowledge for program team members.
  • Drive innovation and optimization strategies, such as improved tooling options or refined processes.
  • Track relevant program metrics to provide an objective measurement of quality and performance.
  • Hire, train, and mentor the program team to maximize their potential, deepen their knowledge, and reinforce their personal accountability.
  • Support personnel management activities including performance reviews, timesheet and expense reviews, etc.
  • Supports multiple teams, and provide mentorship for reporting leads Level 1 and 2.
  • Up to 15 Direct Reports
  • Provide strategic alignment between teams/programs to maximize coverage, optimize delivery, reporting and metrics.
