We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to oversee the co-ordination, testing, and rollout of various IT Infrastructure projects.DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate the creation and follow through of tickets for infrastructure buildout
- Monitor and update asset status throughout the implementation process
- Assist all the infrastructure teams in generating the necessary paperwork to implement new assets into the datacenter, and ensure that no deployment is delayed because of paperwork
- Bring strong Technical, Verbal, Written and problem-solving skills to a challenging environment
- Provide assistance to the Solution Architecture team in support of portfolio management
- Facilitate meetings, workshops and conduct interviews with the various stakeholders
- Working with Infrastructure Architect, perform capacity planning analysis for Infrastructure changes and projects
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Information Technology.
- Experience working with VMWare
- Experience with storage systems like VMAX, PowerMax, Netapp
- Experience using JIRA or other ticketing systems
- Ability to articulate technology concepts in a business understandable manner
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
