Operating with the mindset of a startup and backed by the authoritative expertise of an industry leader, Sysco LABS' mission is to improve the Sysco customer experience and consistently deliver cost savings and new innovations through technology.Scope: Own prioritization and execution of a product roadmap within a narrow scope of functionality, operating independently with strategic oversight and supervision provided by senior members of the product group. Lead a cross-functional product team and manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Essential Functions: Collaborate with product managers in the execution of strategic direction.

Deliver against planned product roadmap, providing outcomes with a measurable level of impact.

Own the product management for a narrow scope of product functionality, establishing KPIs for relevant sites and experiences.

Contribute to, and occasionally lead, alignment efforts across the organization and with stakeholders to create a fit with strategic vision and coordinate through execution.

Create materials that help ensure alignment and awareness of product development efforts within core internal groups, with some oversight and instruction from more senior members of the product team.

Actively engage with training courses and offerings to improve product management skills.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience.

3 years' experience in product management, business consulting or related field.

Preferred Qualifications 5 years' experience in product management, business consulting or related field.

Experience in an agile development environment.

Experience in a start-up environment.
