Requirements Packaging of commercial off the shelf software, in-house software, browsers, browser extensions, and drivers. Perform necessary quality testing and certification for installation on all supported workstations platforms. Provide third level support on issues escalated by the first or second level support. Experience using Install Shield and Admin Studio to create MSI and transforms. Experience scripting in PowerShell, VBScript and Windows shell. Adding packages for deployment through SCCM and BigFix. Knowledge of packaging best practices and troubleshooting installation issues.
