- 8+ years’ experience with implementing Tableau solutions and AWS deployments.
- Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end.
- Collect business insight needs from clients, product teams, and other commercially facing business units, and translate those needs to requirements.
- Design, develop and validate enterprise reporting, queries, extracts, visualizations, graphs and data mapping for delivery to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Install, configure, and maintain a multi- tier Tableau infrastructure environment to ensure reliable performance and scalability
- Proven experience in developing embedded Tableau driven dashboards, visualizations, and analytics.
- Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.
- Advanced Tableau development skills required.
- A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization.
- Solid understanding of datamarts and data warehouses – as it relates to processing of data by Tableau.
- Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
- Strong statistical/Data Analysis skills including Regression and correlation analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and collaborative skills.
- High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
- Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
- Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
- Manage cloud resources for cost and performance efficiency.

- Knowledge of Tableau Licensing
- Manage the application's users, groups, and integration with Active Directory
- Automate monitoring & server job processes

- Experience in taking backups and restoration of Tableau repository
- Primary skill should be Tableau Administration with some Tableau development experience.
- Good experience on SQL queries is preferred
- AWS cloud experience preferred

- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
