- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Knowledge or exposure to (Tableau, Power BI etc.), databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Hadoop etc.)
- Experience in building scalable dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Power BI Desktop Software. Having certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistics using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, with a strong understanding of business data requirements and strong communication skill.
- Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and Attention to details.
- The ability to read audience and address questions confidently.
- Expertise in installing and upgrading enterprise wide multi node Self Servicing BI Platforms like Tableau Server, Power BI Report Server and OBIA with High Availability will be a plus.
- Request, Incident, Problem and Change Management process.
- End User training and support. Candidate should be available on weekends to support production deployment and maintenances.
