- Total IT experience 15+ years
- Mandatory- Should have managed PIM programs minimum 2 in last 5 years.
- Work with Customers PIM Program Manager to ensure the quality of groomed user stories and epic prioritization
- Work with Customers Program Manager to perform Sprint Planning and manage sprints
- Help facilitate scrum ceremonies including backlog management, retrospective meetings and sprint management
- Run daily work handoff and standup meetings with offshore teams (At the height it could be twice a day)
- Ensure allocation of tasks and follow through with offshore RS configuration team, Data Migration developers
- Collect and monitor daily work progress and represent in the overall program timeline and plan
- Review and QA offshore deliverables, ensure overall alignment with the plan and dependencies
- Ensure that offshore resources are fully utilized and remove any roadblocks
- Assist in ensuring coordination and managing dependencies with integration, DQ, SIT and UAT teams
- Support Architectural conversations and decisions in conjunction with Levi's and Riversand Architects
